Amir Marashi

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Biography:

Amir Marashi is a successful entrepreneur and business leader, best known for helping businesses grow and improve through innovative strategies. He is pursuing an MBA at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.

With extensive experience as a Sports Manager, Amir has a background in Architectural Engineering, specializing in designing stadiums, gyms, and sports complexes. He holds key certifications, including IFBB Master Coach, IFBB Personal Trainer, IFBB Diploma in Bodybuilding and Fitness, the AFC Football Coaching Certificate, FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, International Olympic Committee (IOC) Sports Training, and is a Certified Athletic Trainer.

Amir has coached six professional athletes, judged at HYROX Sydney, managed gyms, and played a key role in turning around and improving businesses. His expertise in sports and business has made him a trusted leader in the industry.

Dr. Samira Rezaei, MD

Co-founder & Chief Medical & Wellness Officer (CMWO)

Biography:

Resident Medical Officer (RMO) | Basic Physician Trainee (from 2025) | Co-founder, Elite Sports and Business Solutions

Dr. Samira Rezaei is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at Liverpool Hospital. She holds AHPRA registration and has experience working as a General Practitioner (GP) in Australia and overseas. Dr. Rezaei is a proud member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and has a strong interest in sports medicine.

In February 2025, Dr. Rezaei will commence her training as a Basic Physician Trainee at Campbelltown Hospital, where she will continue to advance her medical expertise. As the Co-founder of Elite Sports and Business Solutions, she is passionate about bridging healthcare and fitness to promote innovative wellness programs that improve lives.
